6-Week Booty Bootcamp Program

About

Program is separated in two sections: First three weeks are phase 1 and during these weeks our priority will be to pack on muscle and build strength. Start to incorporate healthy carbs and leaner proteins into your diet during this process this will allow you to build healthy habits. Since we are focusing on building the legs/glutes in this program we will be targeting this area up to three times weekly. Stay consistent and at the end our bootcamp we will see the changes we’re aiming for. Check your boxes! As this program is geared mainly for your workout regime its just as important to practice a healthier nutrition system: this doesn’t mean just eating good. I need you drinking lots of water, taking your daily vitamins, getting 7-8 hours sleep, & when you’re at the gym training with REAL PURPOSE. Once Phase 2 commences we will have built some solid foundations for us to rev up the exercises and incorporate more challenging workouts. Diet should be better than ever in these last three weeks along with you pushing yourself to get better each workout. Whether we are increasing in weight or adding an extra rep to the weight we hit last week: our goal is to improve.
